Choice Determines Destiny

Hi Friends,

I am back again, as i was going through  II Kings in the Bible,i just found two Parameters [Right / Evil]

 II Kings 2:1-3 Hezekiah who lived and was a king of Israel did that which was RIGHT in the sight of the Lord,

II Kings 21:1-2 Manaseh who lived and was a king of Israel did that which was EVIL in the sight of the Lord

and we can see that they finished the Jouney of Life  @ some point of time.

Think what you are doing in the sight of the Lord , Choose your way carefully because we will all have to stand one day before the Judgement seat before our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for what we have done in this Mortal Body (II Corin 5:10)

he is not complaining for what he doesnt have, but he is encouraging others.Dont Follow God for wealth, health, riches , honor, long life or any other parameters which are your so called Expectations!

Follow God for what he has already done on the Cross, and say thank u Lord and it is u that i need

And remember what King David said our Days on the  earth are as Shadows there is no hope ( I Chronicles 29:15) ,

We are alive today and we will die one day when God calls us ,and that one day may be Today.

If you have messed up No Problem get up , get to the Lord and say Lord Jesus i have sinned against You all my days, i have done evil all my days in Thy sight, now Lord i pray Thee to forgive me my iniquity that i have done against you and heaven , Wash me with your precious blood shed on the Calvary Cross for all my sin and accept me .

I thank you Lord for the  Gift of Eternal Life that thou has promised (Romans 6:23) 

 Preserve me i pray thee  Lord till thy coming or till i die which ever is the earliest and enable me to do what is Right in thy Sight as long as i live- Amen

Why Read Gods Word?

Dear friends as we know we eat food which sustains our Body ,similarly we need Gods word which sustains our spirit , coz our Body is Gods temple and the spirit of God resides in us.

“God’s word is the means by which our lives will be changed to likeness of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ”

We can see that in John 6:63 the words that God has spoken is spirit and the spirit is life therefore the words are life

So wen we feed on God’s word the spirit in us will grow and inturn the spirit will grow stronger based on the quantity i.e intake of Gods word else our spirit will become weaker and weaker.

Example: * Gen 1:3 God said let there be light and it happened

* John 11:11,17,43, Lazarus was dead and was laid in his tomb for four days, but Jesus said Lazarus come out and the dead man came

So now its time for us to feed on Gods word which gives us Life !, high time we build the spiritual muscle rather than muscles of our body!

Care and Feelings

Dear Friends often we wonder whether is there really any one who cares for us,but the answer is yes there is our Lord God Almighty who cares for us.In Genesis ch 2:18 we can see that God cared for man as a result thought of a companion for Adam as a result eve existed.So it is very clear that God is watchin us and carin for us.

Secondly if we have done something good to some one inturn if they are against you in some ways then obviously we would be greived.We start thinking and we just cant take it right, But hold on God who has created us watches us and is greived because our thoughts in our hearts are evil continously , as a result he was greived as in why at all he made man refer Genesis ch 6:5-7.

Just pause for a while and think whether u can greive the Almighty God who is so powerful and yet caring for a mere man.Wake up coz its time to change!

Emptiness

Dear friends as i can say a day comes and goes, similary a month comes and goes,similarly a year comes and goes but the difference lies only here i.e whether you are alive to see the day or the month or the year that’s gonna come, Who knows , not I, not U, not anyone but only God…

If each year, month, day is gonna just be normal then there is no fun,from childhood typically u start studying to be a Doctor, or an Engineer or a Lawyer or something else, after that you wanna earn a job and start earning money thats your next strategy, once you start earning money next you think of earning more money and try to gratify all your desires like house, car, bike, gadjets etc…….Then you plan to marry , ten have kids, ten you think of getting your kids growup better than what you are and then get them married and so….Its just a circle, s the sun rises and sun sets.

But in all this just think for a second dont take your eye of this thought after all this (name, fame, posn, etc..) if u dont have God in ur life then your total life is nothing but just  emptyness emptyness and emptyness.

I will just take you through the message by Ravi Zacharias, Can Man Live Without God, (Word Publ., Dallas: 1994),

Jack Higgins, the renowned author of The Eagle Has Landed, has said that he had known as a small boy is this: “When you get to the top, there’s nothing there.”

So finally if you aiming to be at the top just think,thats not the purpose my friend theres something else that you really have to do….that something is really all that Jim Reeves sang in his song

Refuge

Our  life can be compared to this flower because of the very reason that when flower looks good we appreciate it coz of its fragrance and so,but as soon as it withers we just dispose it.

Yes my friends when all is well all are around us but when trials, difficulties, struggles, come there is none apart from one who is our Father in Heaven who sees us through all the struggles that we go through…
